There are stories to be told by vintage jewelry! Author and columnist Susan Klein led a discussion on Vintage Costume Jewelry. Guests adorned themselves with their own pieces and browsed Susan’s display while enjoying a special Afternoon Tea. Susan Klein is the author of Mid Century Plastic Jewelry (Schiffer Books, 2005) and wrote the “Bling & Things” column for Antiques & Collecting Magazine. She previously worked as a production assistant on the popular HGTV show The Appraisal Fair. For the past 24 years, Susan has been the Director of Richard Norton Gallery. She got her start in the business by working for Leslie Hindman Auctioneers. The afternoon opened with a Mimosa Bar, followed by Afternoon Tea and Susan’s program.
