Richard Hunt (1935-2023) was an extraordinary world-renowned artist and very dear to the Club. To mark what would have been Richard’s 89th birthday, we’re excited to present two major events, to wit:
Art Opening:
Group show featuring sculptors who worked with, and for, Richard Hunt.

Film Screening:
Featuring excerpts from: The Light of Truth: Richard Hunt’s Monument to Ida B. Wells
(highlighting Richard’s story and process).
On this evening, we’ll meet and mingle with the artists and filmmakers. There will be a light appetizer buffet, a birthday cake, and joyful singing. And, yes, there will be warm toasts to our beloved Richard Hunt!
